About Us

Background

Noluhla Consulting was formed to supply financial services and other related services which entails preparing payroll administration, bookkeeping & accounting related services, business valuations and providing mentorship to Small Micro medium enterprises (SMME) and to provide tax solutions and any other administration solutions especially to exempt micro enterprises. We also provide audit services to same companies and also
schools.

We have an aim to train new accountants and also help them set up their own practices while we provide them with ongoing support.

Our main focus is on small to medium sized enterprises. We have realised that due to their lack of skills and required knowledge on such issues as Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Administration, they require our expertise and skills.

The fact that our Government has embarked on a campaign to encourage entrepreneurs to establish businesses. One of our missions is to assist historically disadvantaged individuals to start up and expand their existing businesses. We are driven by desire to bridge the gap between the first and second economy with a view of meeting the objectives of black economic empowerment and create job opportunities.

Our key objectives will be to first help facilitate access to finance for small, medium and micro enterprises (SMME’s) as well as to help them grow by outsourcing certain non-core services as listed above. It is envisaged that if these activities are successful SMME’s can establish viable ventures, expand and create job opportunities
